Our Services

Five ways we show up. One person at a time.

Every plan starts with the person — their PCP, their waiver, their idea of a good day. Services combine and flex as life changes. All services are provided under Maryland DDA licensure for adults 21 and over.

02 · In-Home & Community

Personal Supports

One-to-one support for adults who live in their own home or with family — matched to the person, not a schedule. Cooking, budgeting, errands, appointments, and getting out into the world.

  • Support hours built around the person's routine and goals
  • Consistent, carefully matched Direct Support Professionals
  • Skill-building toward greater independence, documented against the PCP
  • Available county-wide across Baltimore County

03 · Day Services

Community Development Services

A day program with a point of view: real skills, real interests, real volunteer placements in the community — not busywork around a table.

  • Small groups organized around interests, not diagnoses
  • Community volunteering with local partners
  • Life-skills labs: cooking, technology, money, self-advocacy
  • Weekday programming with transportation available

04 · Short-Term

Respite Care

Hourly or daily short-term care, in your home or at ours. Family caregivers do heroic work — respite is how it stays sustainable.

  • Hourly, overnight, and multi-day options
  • In-home respite or a stay in one of our licensed homes
  • Planned in advance or arranged for urgent situations when capacity allows
  • Weekday availability is listed on our openings strip — it changes often, so ask

The 2-minute quiz

Not sure what fits? Answer four questions.

Every service starts with a conversation.

Tell us about the person, and we'll tell you honestly what we can do — and what we can't.
